What is the difference between a K-Cup and a pod?

K-cups (now known as Keurig K-Cup® pods - Thanks for making it even more confusing Keurig!) are made of plastic and designed specifically to fit the Keurig single cup coffee maker only. Pods (not available on our site) are typically made out of paper filter pouches designed for slower gravity/drip brewers.

How do I delete items from my cart?

Just click on the REMOVE link within your cart, next to the item which you would like to remove.

How do I check the balance of a gift certificate?

You can check the gift card balance using the link in the email you received at the time of purchasing the card.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Big Cat Coffees. Not happy with a product? Tell us why and we'll do what we can to make it right! Within 30 days of your purchase you may return your products for a full refund. Please include a copy of your order receipt with your return and indicate whether you would like the credit placed on your customer account or the credit card used for purchase.

Can I save money by buying K-Cup packs in bulk?

Our everyday case special prices are a great way to save by purchasing K-Cup packs in bulk. Save $2 when you buy most selections of K-Cup packs by the case (4 boxes of K-Cup packs). Prices as marked.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes we do! UPS Three-Day Select, Second Day Air, and Next Day Air are available options for shipping. Please visit our shipping policies page for more details about expedited shipping.

My package is delayed, damaged, contains a packing error. What do I do?

In the unfortunate event of a delayed package, damaged product, or fulfillment error, please call (603) 934-9004 or email us info@bigcatcoffees.com immediately and we will be happy to help you! Please keep all original packaging and the packing slip handy to help us solve the problem.

When will my package be shipped?

Orders placed before 2pm EST Monday through Friday will ship the SAME business day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday. * Excludes major holidays observed by UPS.

Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?

Yes you can! Simply choose “warehouse pickup” during checkout. You will also avoid any shipping charges by choosing “warehouse pickup” at checkout. Your order will be ready for pick up within 15 minutes after you receive your order confirmation. Please remember our business hours are: Monday thru Friday: 8am - 5pm EST. Do you ship to Post Office Boxes, HI, AK, APO, FPO, or International?

How do I become a UPS My Choice member?

To ensure that your delivery needs are being met at your convenience, we have partnered with UPS to offer UPS My ChoiceSM. This option gives you a level of flexibility with residential deliveries, provides alerts before the first attempt at delivery and offers the option to redirect or reshedule the delivery based on your needs. About your orders and account

How do I save a credit card in my account for future use?

Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout that lets you save your email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information. This can save you time when you check out, especially if you've already opted in to Shop Pay on any other Shopify store.

You just need to enter an email address at checkout in order to save your payment information. Customers who only enter a phone number in the contact field aren't prompted to save their information.

Your shipping and billing information is securely stored on Shopify’s PCI compliant servers and is only shared with the store if an order is placed. If you have questions about how Shop Pay works, or how your data is stored, you can refer to the Shop Pay Help Center page.

How do I use my promotional or coupon code?

If you would like to use a promotional or gift certificate code on our website, simply enter the code in the designated field, after clicking the CHECKOUT button. You will see this located on the right side of your screen under your order summary when being asked to enter payment information. Can I change or cancel my order?

We pack and ship most of your orders as soon as they are received from the site, it happens so fast that sometimes we can't stop the order from being packed up and shipped out. If you should have a need to cancel or make changes to your order, contact us right away.< We will happily remedy the issue with you in any way possible.

How do I track my order?

If you have placed an order with us, you should have received a shipment confirmation through the email address you provided us at the time of your order. This shipment confirmation email will contain your tracking number. Simply click on the tracking number link within the email message to view your order status.

When will I get a confirmation of my order?

If you have placed an order with us you should have received an order confirmation notice through the email address you provided us at the time of sale. Is my order taxable?

We are located in the tax-free state of New Hampshire. That means that all orders you make through us are TAX FREE. Purr-ty cool!


About our coffee, tea and chai products

Will you be offering other coffees, teas and chai?

Are your coffees and teas kosher certified?

Most K-Cup packs are Kosher Certified Pareve. The only exceptions are hot cocoa K-Cup packs, which are certified Kosher-Dairy. When a hot cocoa K-Cup pack is brewed in a Keurig brewer, the brewer converts from Kosher Pareve to Kosher-Dairy and any subsequent K-Cup packs brewed in this brewer would be classified Kosher-Dairy. If you want your Keurig brewer to remain Kosher Pareve, you'll need a second Keurig brewer for brewing hot cocoa K-Cup packs. Using a second K-Cup pack holder will not keep the brewer Kosher Pareve.

Below are the specific organizations that pertain to our K-Cup packs brands.

The abbreviations below found in "quotations" are the symbols we use to represent a Kosher product. These symbols can be found on the K-Cup pack box and on the lid of the K-Cup packs.

"K" Star-K pertains to: Celestial Seasonings® K-Cup packs

"MK" Jewish Community Council of Montreal pertains to: Bigelow K-Cup packs

Are K-Cups packs recyclable?

All K-Cup pods are made from recyclable polypropylene (#5 plastic) which is used in a variety of common household products like butter tubs and yogurt containers. *Check locally - not recycled in many communities. Click here to learn more!

What does the "Best Used By" date mean?

The Best-Used-by-Date is a guideline for optimal freshness recommended by the roaster. It is not an expiration date. The K-Cups are nitrogen-flushed, sealed for freshness, and impermeable to oxygen, moisture and light.
