Dear Big Cat Coffees Customers,
We initially created the Purr-fect pack as a way for customers to easily sample our large selection of over two hundred K-Cup Pack varieties and it has become hugely popular over the years. Unfortunately, we must inform you that due to packaging restrictions we are no longer able to offer the Purr-fect pack. We understand it's a favorite product for many of you and we are as sad to see it go as you are.
But it's not all bad news. Even though the Purr-fect pack is gone, our mission stays the same: to offer you the absolute best online shopping experience for K-Cup Packs by providing a huge variety, the lowest prices, world class customer service, and super-fast shipping.
We are constantly trying to find ways to improve and are proud to offer this new policy change:
We now offer free returns for all products. If you'd like to try a new product go for it! You won't be stuck with a bunch of K-Cup Packs that you don't like. Please visit our returns page for details.
